Our systems enforce strict access control: the database only allows queries from authenticated users with proper authorization, and S3 buckets are private and files are only accessed via presigned URLs that expire after a set time.

8.1 From time to time, and for security or operational reasons, the company may contact you to confirm or update the information you have provided. You may also voluntarily update your details at any time by logging into your account on the website or mobile app.
